Note 7 – Related Party Transactions

A director and shareholder of the Company is a partner of a law firm that serves as outside legal counsel for the Company. During the three-month periods ended June 30, 2022 and 2021, this law firm billed the Company approximately $179 and $152, respectively and during the six-month periods ended June 30, 2022 and 2021, this law firm billed the Company approximately $398 and $348, respectively for legal services provided by the firm. Included in accounts payable on the accompanying unaudited condensed balance sheet at June 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021 is approximately $463 and $293 owed to this law firm.
