On September 27, 2005, the Board of Directors of Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. approved and declared a dividend of $0.45 per common share for the third quarter of 2005. The third quarter dividend will be paid on October 14, 2005 to stockholders of record on October 7, 2005.
