Other Events On October 19, 2013, Kentucky Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kentucky Bancshares, Inc., announced plans to expand its presence in the Central Kentucky market with the opening of a new branch office in Richmond, Kentucky. The new office would be in leased space located at 5008 Atwood Drive, Suite 3 in Richmond. The new branch, the opening of which is subject to regulatory approval, is anticipated to open by January 2014.
