  Item 8.01. Other Events

      On February 16, 2011 the Registrant announced the quarterly cash
dividend to shareholders.  The dividend will be 22 cents per share, an
increase from 21 cents per share for the previous quarter.  This
payment will be made March 31, 2011, to shareholders of record March
18, 2011.

the dividend for the first quarter of 2011.
