Inventory Write-Down	12. INVENTORY WRITE-DOWN During the three months ended June 30, 2020 as a result of the continuing adverse impact of COVID-19 and significant reduction in rig count and completions that affect the current consumption and anticipated demand for certain of our products, we recorded an additional inventory obsolescence and write-down of $9.9 million in our Production Enhancement segment, for the three months ended June 30, 2020.
