Inventory Write Down	13. INVENTORY WRITE-DOWN During the six months ended June 30, 2020, as a result of the continuing adverse impact of COVID-19 pandemic and significant reduction in rig count and completions that affect the current consumption and anticipated demand for certain of our products, we recorded an additional inventory obsolescence and write-down of $9.9 million in our Production Enhancement segment. There is no inventory write-down for the three and six months ended June 30, 2021.

13. INVENTORY WRITE-DOWN

During the six months ended June 30, 2020, as a result of the continuing adverse impact of COVID-19 pandemic and significant reduction in rig count and completions that affect the current consumption and anticipated demand for certain of our products, we recorded an additional inventory obsolescence and write-down of $9.9 million in our Production Enhancement segment.

There is no inventory write-down for the three and six months ended June 30, 2021.
