Core Laboratories Announces Two-for-One Stock Split
AMSTERDAM (14 June 2010) — Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE “CLB”) (the “Company”) announced today that the Company’s shareholders approved the Supervisory Board’s proposal at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on June 10, 2010 for a two-for-one stock split of its common stock. The Board’s proposal established June 30, 2010 as the record date for the stock split and July 8, 2010 as the proposed date for distributing the additional shares. As a result of the stock split, shareholders will be entitled to receive one additional share of Core Laboratories common stock for each share of common stock held as of the close of business on the record date. The new shares are expected to begin trading on the adjusted trading price beginning July 9, 2010.
