Item 1.01   Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
     On October 15, 2008, Henry Schein, Inc. and ID Biomedical Corporation entered into an amendment to the Distribution Agreement for FluLaval™ influenza vaccine dated as of December 2, 2004. Such amendment, among other things, shortens the term of the Agreement by two years to the conclusion of the 2012/2013 flu season and reduces Henry Schein’s maximum purchase commitment to 11.5 million doses per year.
