ZimCal Asset Management, LLC

ZimCal Asset Management, LLC, Stephen Hodges, BIMIZCI Fund, LLC and Warnke Investments LLC (collectively, “ZimCal”) are attaching hereto a revised copy of the presentation in response to Medallion Financial Corp.’s presentation to Institutional Shareholder Services (the “Rebuttal Presentation”), correcting a few minor typos in the version of the Rebuttal Presentation filed on May 24, 2024.  Other than the noted corrections, the Rebuttal Presentation remains unchanged.
