On January 16, 2008, SAP AG, a stock corporation organized under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (“SAP”), issued a press release announcing next steps in its successful acquisition of Business Objects S.A., a société anonyme organized under the laws of the Republic of France (“Business Objects”). In addition, SAP and Business Objects issued a joint press release announcing certain initial joint product offerings and a second joint press release announcing support by partners of both companies. The press releases are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1, 99.2 and 99.3, respectively, and incorporated by reference herein.
