Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 14, 2024, iTeos Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing additional interim clinical data from GALAXIES Lung-201, the Phase 2 platform study sponsored by the Company’s development partner GSK plc, assessing the belrestotug + dostarlimab doublet in previously untreated, unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic PD-L1 high non-small cell lung cancer, a copy of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The Company will host a conference call to discuss the interim clinical data on September 16, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. E.T. A copy of the slide presentation that will accompany the call is being furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
