Explanation of Responses:
1. All of such options have a term of ten years vesting over four years, with 1/16th of the options vesting every three months. In addition, all of these options are immediately exercisable for shares of restricted stock, which are subject to a repurchase right by the Issuer that lapses based on the vesting schedule set forth in the previous sentence.
2. These options began vesting as of December 20, 2002. All of such options have a term of ten years vesting over four years, with 1/16th of the options vesting every three months. In addition, all of these options are immediately exercisable for shares of restricted stock, which are subject to a repurchase right by the Issuer that lapses based on the vesting schedule set forth in the previous sentence.
3. These options began vesting as of December 19, 2003. All of such options have a term of ten years vesting over four years, with 1/16th of the options vesting every three months. In addition, all of these options are immediately exercisable for shares of restricted stock, which are subject to a repurchase right by the Issuer that lapses based on the vesting schedule set forth in the previous sentence.
4. All of such options have a term of ten years vesting over two years, with 1/8th of the options vesting every three months. In addition, all of these options are immediately exercisable for shares of restricted stock, which are subject to a repurchase right by the Issuer that lapses based on the vesting schedule set forth in the previous sentence.
