Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 29, 2021, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka ("FHLBank") distributed a message to its members announcing FHLBank's 2021 second quarter operating results. The message included information as to how FHLBank management evaluated FHLBank's performance for the quarter. A copy of the message is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
