Executive Summary | Introduction ▪ Wells Fargo Securities, LLC (“WFS”) is pleased to provide the following materials to the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Martin Resources Management Corporation (“MRMC”) regarding MRMC’s proposal to acquire all common units of Martin Midstream Partners L.P.
