Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On September 24, 2024, we announced a change to our organizational and financial reporting structure, effective on January 1, 2025. Under the new reporting structure, we report our Property Management business financial results within our Real Estate Management Services segment. Previously, the financial results for our Property Management business had been reported within our Markets Advisory segment.

On April 7, 2025, additional information regarding the change in our reporting structure, including the recast financial results for periods within 2023 and 2024, was made available on our investor relations website at ir.jll.com. A copy of this information is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
