Free cash flow is defined as net cash flows provided by operating activities minus capital expenditures. The Company considers these non-GAAP measures in evaluating and managing the Company's operations and believes that discussion of results adjusted for these items is meaningful to investors because they provide a useful analysis of ongoing underlying trends.
