On February 11, 2025, DatChat, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the upcoming debut of its Myseum platform, scheduled to launch at the RootsTech 2025 conference being held March 6-8, 2025, in Salt Lake City, Utah. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
