On November 7, 2024, the Board of Directors of Texas Roadhouse, Inc., a Delaware corporation, authorized the payment of the fourth quarter 2024 cash dividend. A public announcement of the dividend was made by means of a press release, the text of which is set forth at Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
