I'd like to add to the many well written and well thought out responses that I am yet another small investor who's future has either been flat out stolen or at the very least is still held hostage by the lack of enforcement on short sales. If the SEC were to step up to the plate and do its job, I might yet be able to recover some value from my small cap portfolio. Please, meet your mission statement objective and stand up for the small investor. Change the rules to have some teeth. Enforce the changes. Stop the systematic thievery currently taking place in small cap stocks and especially in pink sheets. Anything less is collusion and treason, in my opinion. Thank you. -- Sailing is Life Everything else is just details Tim Fuhrmann
