I would like to know WHEN the SEC is going to STOP naked shorting. Thi has been going on for far too long in the mkt, and the SEC has done absoultely "NOTHING" about it. Many are getting riped off daily by these shorts and the SEC is way too slow after all these years of it. Especially in Canadia. Short selling in an fashion is NOT good for the mkt in any form, but naked shorting is stupid to be allowed for all this time. The SEC is very irresponsible in this matter and has yet to impliment any rules to stop this out right theift! What does it take to stop this thieft. Pre-mkt and AH-mkt should be stopped as well. These trading activities are not good for the indivudal investors in the least. All this is so criminal it is beyond belief that it is permitted. The SEC is just not an effective institution as it lets on to be. Way, way to slow to respond to these and other issues. I don't know, or have any idea what the SEC is good for in regards to these matters of great concern. Which by the way have been going on for "years"!!!
