I cannot believe the SEC put off the new rule on naked shorting until April1st. They(the 
brokers and MM's) should not be naked shorting at all. Then on top of that you give em more 
time to get out of the mess the are in. That's just plain STUPID!! They hurt the investors 
long enough but unfortunately the new rule isn't going to have too much effect on it. I 
vote to stop shorting all together.
