    SEC Announces Moderators and Panelists for Roundtable
 Discussion of Financial Disclosure and Auditor Oversight in
                      Washington, D.C.
                              
     Washington, D.C., March 5, 2002—The Securities and
Exchange Commission today released the following list of
moderators and panelists for its March 6 roundtable
discussion of financial disclosure and auditor oversight in
Washington, D.C.:
     
     Improving Financial Disclosure  (10:00 a.m. - noon)

     The roundtable discussion will take place in the
William O. Douglas Room (Room 1C-30) at the Securities and
Exchange Commissions headquarters in Washington, D.C.  The
