To Whom it May Concern
I am not a member of the financial community but I am a knowledgeable citizen.
I believe that the Volker Rule should be implemented immediately as a part of Dodd-Frank. This is a major part of avoiding another mess like we have now. A better solution would be to simply reinstate Glass-Steagall, but but that is not going to happen so this will have to do.
