My husband and I respectfully submit public comment to ask the SEC to not to bow to the banks, but to draft a strict, loophole-free version of the Volcker Rule. Section 619 of the Dodd-Frank Act is critical to protect citizens but only if it is not watered down. Risky bank behavior must be curbed. You are our hope and we are watching.
