Management of hedge funds and their extremely over leveraged positions in multiple areas needs to be addressed. If this rule is passed, the SEC needs to take action instead of slapping them on the wrist for 20k while they manipulate the market making hundreds of thousands.
My first comment to your rulings SEC, it won't be the last. The world is watching.
