I approve of this change.
I'm so embarrassed that such a rule even needs to be voted on. More so, the 2 idiots on the commission who voted no against \"Prohibition Against Fraud, Manipulation, or Deception in Connection with Security-Based Swaps Prohibition against Undue Influence over Chief Compliance Officers Position Reporting of Large Security-Based Swap Positions\" are a couple of fools. I would imagine their family benefits from the institutions that can no longer manipulate the markets because of this rule.
This is LONG OVER DUE.
