In Reference to File number S7-30-10, I support the reform/amendment of Section 14A and Section 14A(d) of the Exchange Act. Implementing more transparencies can only add to the shareholders knowledge to make better decisions and if foul play does need court investigation then at least it is documented which can't hurt anyone except the corrupt.
