Why even invite comments? You have enough criminal elements already neck deep in the massive market corruption destroying America. Why give them until July? Just ban criminals. They're stealing more from the markets each than 10 bank robbers combined. Are you going to wait until America is brought completely to it's knees before you do something about this:
