I am opposed to the current proposal.
I am opposed to the borrower data which is published at the SEC and in the prospectus.
I want the SEC to also publish all the data about the investor, since this really involves the investors putting up all the money ($$) to fund such things as home loans, mortgages, credit cards, auto loans student loans etc.
If you really want transparency, then publish the data about the investors in each securities trust
They are the true lenders...not the middlemen banks and investment houses
Borrowers have a right to know who is funding their loans
Let's get real here.
