I am opposed to the current form of the proposed ABS rules.
I do not believe borrower information or data should be published to the investors nor put on the SEC website for the world to see.
I am a victim of predatory lending and the ponzi scheme by the big banks and investment houses.
I am horrified that my data is on the SEC website, even my FICO score.
I never agreed for my data to be published to the world and I plan to sue.
This is egregious behaviour.
How can the SEC go along with this? This is an invasion of my privacy and others who are victims of
the securitization ponzi scheme.
