Ten years ago we founded Realcapitalmarkets.com at www.rcm1.com with the idea that we would provide the most advanced online technology platform for marketing institutional real estate. Central to our value proposition has always been the virtual deal room (VDR) which is a document vault/repository where the lenders/investors and borrowers can place and organize all of the documentation that supports the underwriting, pricing and value for each loan or each property. For the past ten years we've provided the data room for many of the larger property and portfolio sales that took place here in the United States and just wanted to introduce ourselves.
