I suggest that the Commission include, in rules with respect to Exchange Act Section 12(g)(5), a provision to the effect that securities acquired in an issuer-sponsored internal market, limited to transactions in securities received pursuant to the issuer's employee compensation plans, will be considered securities received pursuant to an employee compensation plan.
