The term "Original Information", as defined in the Act, should be expanded to allow original information given to the Commission before enactment, to reincarnate and have the same rights and statue as "Original Information", if the Commission is still bringing cases based on the original information given. Those that have worked with the Commission in the past in helping to bring about cases resulting in disgorgements and civil money penalties should not fall victim to the calendar. Provisions should be specific as to the procedures to be used in allowing this reincarnation.
