DO NOT weaken the Whistleblower act in in any way. It should be made stronger, and easier to use, with greater rewards for exposing wrong doing and fraud. Any thing else is just becoming an accessory to the fraud. And there are already too many doing that now. It is time to stop them in the their tracks, and make things, not only safer, but honest.
