The record high bonuses by wall street are an injustice to the American public who bailed them out. As owners of the banks, the shareholders must be given a right to determine the employees compensation. Is this not the case in all companies? Living in Naples fl , I see the insularity among the super-rich many of which include bank and financial company executives. They all serve on the same boards, join the same clubs and live in the same communities. They give each other massive compensation and bonuses because they can. There must be oversite by the true owners of the companies I.e. The shareholders
