There needs to disclosure on the pay ratio within companies, only then will the workers and investors be able to see the reality of CEO portion of pay relative to the workers pay. The SEC needs to adopt the provision of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act that requires companies to report their CEO-to -worker pay ratio to investors. Thank you.
