Subject: SEC Pay

May 16, 2012

I am writing to protest the raise in CEO pay and the lack of a meaningful raise for the workers in each of these companies. The ratio of CEO pay to the average worker pay is out of control and needlessly spends the stockholder money. They are not worth the amount they and their cronies on the boards award each other.
In the late 1800's and early 1900's this was called Interlocking Directorships and was illegal.
I believe you have the authority to effect change in this area. Please do so.
Thanks,
Terry Langlois
