Subject: Dodd-Frank

May 16, 2012

Please issue an agency rule requiring public companies to disclose their ratio of CEO-to-worker compensation, as required by Section 953(b) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

Out-of-control CEO salaries are among the most obvious indicators of the shrinking American middle class and the runaway greed that has gripped us, culminating in the Wall Street and housing disasters of the past several years. America needs to turn itself around and that starts with corporate disclosure of salaries, allowing shareholders and potential shareholders to make informed decisions as to which companies they feel it is ethical to invest in.

Sincerely,

Justin Grant
