It is essential that the SEC adopt the provision of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act that requires companies to report their CEO-to-worker pay ratio to investors. While too many Americans struggle in this economy CEOs are making unimaginable salaries, hundreds of times what the average worker makes. And the U.S. appears to have the very dubious distinction of being unique in their mind boggling CEO-to-worker pay ratio. It's time to finally correct this disparity.
