Subject: CEO/worker ratio

May 14, 2012

Dear SEC,

I am writing to encourage you to please propose and pass a rule that would require companies to PUBLICLY DISCLOSE their CEO-to-worker pay ratio. In the greed-strangled economy we have, executives are draining companies with their bloated salaries, and these salaries have no rational reason to be so outrageously out of ratio with the workers of the companies. Yes, execs should make more - but when the ratios are over 300, sometimes 700 or 1,000+ to one, there is something seriously skewed in our system, and our economy suffers from this.

Thank you,
