CEO pay is out of control. But you, the SEC, can help rein it in.
Why would you do this? BECAUSE IT'S THE LAW - remember the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act? Do you? It's the LAW!!!!! Do I HAVE to come up to Washington to tell you how to do your job?

The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act requires companies to report their CEO-to-worker pay ratio to investors.
You have yet to adopt this provision of the Dodd-Frank law.
Why not?
