ONE OF THE WORST PROBLEMS IS CORRECTING ERRORS ON A CREDIT REPORT. YOU CAN NEVER SPEAK TO ANYONE AND WHEN YOU WRITE, “WE NEVER GOT THAT” SEEMS TO BE THE ANSWER.

SOLUTION

EVERY CREDIT AGENCY MUST PROVIDE AN E-MAIL ADDRESS THAT CONSUMERS CAN SEND COMPLAINTS REGARDING ERRORS ON A CREDIT REPORT.

IF THEY REQUEST A RETURN RECEIPT, THEY WILL HAVE PROOF THAT THEY RECEIVED IT.
