Subject: File No. DF Title IX - Credit Rating Agencies

I do not think its wise for credit reports to be used for such things as acquiring a job. People have bad credit because they don't pay their bills. They don't pay their bills because they don't have money. They don't have money because they don't have a job. You should care because the citizen ceases to be an asset by paying taxes and begins to become a liability by using public assistance. Essentially, you should care because it costs you money while the credit agencies make money.
