Laboratory Corporation of America® Holdings (LabCorp) announced today that on November 1, 2019, John Ratliff resigned as an executive officer and employee of LabCorp effective immediately.

Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

LabCorp has named Dr. Brian Caveney as Executive Vice President and President of Diagnostics, and Mark Schroeder as Executive Vice President and President of Diagnostics Laboratory Operations and Global Supply Chain.

On November 6, 2019, LabCorp issued a press release announcing the foregoing resignation and appointments. A copy of that press release is attached to this current report as Exhibit 99.1.
