Host America Announces Termination of SEC Investigation


Hamden CT, July 18 – Host America Corporation (CAFÉ.PK) today announced the termination of the investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).  On July 17, the staff of the Fort Worth Regional Office of the SEC notified the Company that the investigation has been terminated as to Host America and no enforcement action has been recommended to the Commission.
