1. The reporting person also indirectly owns 189,587 common shares as sole trustee and beneficiary of The Irving E. Schottenstein 2002 Trust No. 2 . The Spouse of the reporting person beneficially owns 10,000 common shares of which the reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership, and this report shall not be deemed as admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 or any other purpose.
