AMENDMENT NO. 7

TO INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT

(Thrivent Series Fund, Inc.)

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans (“TFL”) and Thrivent Series Fund, Inc. (“TSF”) hereby agree that, effective July 27, 2012, the advisory fee charged to Thrivent Partner Worldwide Allocation Portfolio, under the terms of the Investment Advisory Agreement, dated April 10, 2002, between TFL and TSF, will be revised, as reflected in Schedule I.
