Explanation of Responses:

1. These Units are directly held by AIMCO Properties, L.P. The reporting person filed a Form 4 on January 17, 2007 reporting an acquisition of 58,259 units and the amount of securities beneficially owned following reported transaction of 891,311. The correct amount of securities beneficially owned is 888,036. The error is also reflected in a subsequent filing on April 6, 2007.

2. AIMCO Properties is a joint filer with AIMCO-GP, Inc. ("AIMCO-GP") and Apartment Investment and Management Company ("AIMCO") for purposes of Section 13(d) reporting of the Exchange Act. AIMCO-GP is the sole general partner of AIMCO Properties and a wholly-owned subsidiary of AIMCO.
