Other Events.

On May 9, 2024, Popular, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.62 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 30, 2024.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
