1. These securities are owned by Eastshore Aviation, LLC ("Eastshore"), who is filing this reoprt as a joint filer with Geoffrey T. Crowley ("Crowley"), William P. Jordan ("Jordan"), Patrick J. Thompson ("Thompson"), Richard A. Bartlett ("Bartlett"), Jerry M. Seslowe ("Seslowe") and John C. Shaw ("Shaw"). Each of Crowley, Jordan, Thompson, Bartlett, Seslowe and Shaw, by virtue of their status as directors, officers and/or members of Eastshore, may be deemed to have voting and dispositive power as to the shares held by Eastshore. Each of Crowley, Jordan, Thompson, Bartlett, Seslowe and Shaw disclaim beneficial ownership in the shares owned by Eastshore, except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein.
